Why Scouting?

At Milton Junior School, we believe our hopes and aspirations for our students are reflected in the values of Scouting. We actively encourage our students to take on new challenges and to discover the joys of shared experiences.

Our Club

Milton Junior School Scouts Club uses the values of Scouting to teach our students independence of thought and action, responsibility for oneself and to others and the values of teamwork, empathy and compassion.

Building friendships through shared experiences enables our students to better understand the world around them. Supporting friends and, in turn, being supported by friends during challenging times is a key part of our students’ leadership development.

If you would like more information on how Scouting can help your child develop new skills and take part in exciting adventures away from home, please contact us.
